Prices and rates

Below we publish the daily and weekly rates per apartment of the Residence Eden Park.

High season:
from 01-08 to 27-08-2023
1-2 people 100.00 Euros per day
3 people 120.00 Euros per day
4 people 140.00 Euros per day

Other periods:
1-2 people 80.00 Euros per day
3 people 100.00 Euros per day
4 people 120.00 Euros per day

Included: linen - light - water - central heating (in winter) - television - parking - final clean-up of apartment except the cooking corner and utensils.
For long periods of stay we could make different prices. Use of the kitchen only for periods minimums of tre nights. In hight seanson only weeks availables for rent.
THIS YEAR, FOR SANITARY ISSUES, BED LINEN, BATH LINEN AND TABLECLOTH ARE NOT PROVIDED.
Please note: the kitchenette can only be used for a minimum stay of 3 nights. In August only weekly rentals.
