Prices and rates

Below are the daily rates for apartments at Residence Eden Park.

1-2 people €100.00 per day
3 people €120.00 per day
4 people €140.00 per day

Rates include: electricity, water, winter heating, television, free private parking, free Wi-Fi, and final cleaning of the apartment (excluding kitchenette and utensils). Long-term stays are available at prices to be agreed upon.

Please note: the kitchenette can only be used for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
From December to the end of March and from July to the end of August, rentals are only weekly.
